The honest answers
Is it private?
Treat it like a postcard. Don't paste account numbers, passwords, ID numbers, or other people's private details. Remove names when you can.
Can I trust what it says?
Often, not always. It can sound sure and still be wrong. That's why every prompt here asks it to flag what it's unsure about, so you know what to check.
Does it cost money?
No. Every first-win task here works on free versions.
Is using it cheating?
Using it to understand, edit, or think better is a skill, like using a calculator or spellcheck. Passing its work off as yours where that's not allowed is the problem.
Will it rot my brain or take my job?
It can weaken skills you stop practicing. So for skills you want to keep, use the Coach's Teach me mode, which gives hints instead of answers. People who know how to use AI well are in the strongest position at work.
Isn't it bad for the environment or mental health?
Reasonable concerns. A text question uses a small amount of energy, roughly like a few web searches. Use it on purpose, for things that help, rather than out of habit.
I'm already good at my job without it.
Good. Start with the part of the job you like least. Your expertise is exactly what makes you good at spotting when it's wrong.
